HOW TO REDUCE YOUR WEIGHT

When you begin an exercise routine to reduce your weight,do you know exactly what do you want to achieve and how to do it ?.Mostly clients set out with goals like 'I want to lose weight. It just like a journey without planning .
SET SMART GOALS:
SMART is an acronym for specific,Measurable, achievable,Realistic and Time bound goals.
A goal needs to be specific.'I want to look better' is not specific.Instead try 'I want to lose an inch of fat around my upper thigh in one month'.This create a scene of purpose.
Goals also need to be measurable.
Goals also need to be measurable.'I want to be slimmer' can't be measured whereas 'I want lose two inches around my waist in three months' is both measurable and specific.
The goal also has to be achievable and realistic.Aiming too high or setting unrealistic goals will only lead to disappointment. And also need time bound.
You can also focus on improving and mastering the advanced push-up or sit-up.Increasing the number of repetitions for a particular exercise.Reducing the number of servings of rice or bread.
These are all well within your control and can be the basis of your goals, simple as they may seem. They are certainly  SMART.
